Interchange Helps Sponsor Soweto Gospel Choir in Vanuatu

The internationally renowned Soweto Gospel Choir from South Africa will perform live in Port Vila, marking the first major music concert in the city since the devastating disaster of December 17, 2024.

The concerts, hosted by the Vanuatu Christian Council in partnership with the Vanuatu Broadcasting and Television Corporation (VBTC), and sponsored by Interchange and other partners, were performed on April 1, 3, and 5 at the Korman Cricket Field.

The event was a great success, bringing a welcome boost to the community, offering a powerful and uplifting musical experience after the city’s recent hardships. The choir also carried out workshops across several communities in Port Vila.
